THE PASTRY

Our pies are all about the pastry. And pastry is all about butter! Our pastry is pretty simple. It's just 5 ingredients: butter, flour, water and a pinch of sugar and salt. But it's the butter that gives our pies the rich taste and croissant-like flakiness. Our pastry just wouldn't be the same without it!

We make our pastry by hand in small batches, using a unique folding process that produces a pastry that is endlessly flaky and delicious. It's comfort food elevated.

THE FILLING

Our fillings are packed full of high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, with the ideal sauce-to-filling ratio to maintain that beloved pie flakiness. We know how you like it.

From classic stews to spicy curries and almost everything in between. Pies like you've never tasted before.

HOW TO BAKE

You can cook our pies from frozen or thawed. Use convection setting if you have it. If you don’t have a convection setting on your oven, that’s totally fine. Your pies may take an additional 5-10 minutes.
